I don’t know about you, but there have been points in my life where I start something new only to allow the practice to lapse. Perhaps you feel a bit better, hit a plateau or perhaps lose interest in the path. Before you know it, you find yourself back at the beginning.

On the other hand, stress mastery refers to using stress to one’s advantage and integrating strategies as a way of life. It involves a change in perception and a shift in mindset towards stress. Instead of seeing stress as something negative, stress mastery enables individuals to see stress as a tool for growth and development. Stress mastery involves developing a positive relationship with stress and using it as a catalyst for personal and professional growth.
Unlike stress management, which is a reactive approach, stress mastery is a proactive approach.
